These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Astrelle website and your purchase of products from Astrelle FZE LLC (“Astrelle”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered at Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, Amber Gem Tower, 26th Floor, Sheikh Khalifa Street, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (License No. 2629113877888). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Us

Astrelle FZE LLC is a Free Zone establishment incorporated under the laws of the Amiri Decree No. 15 of 2023, registered and licensed for E-Commerce activities at Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, Emirate of Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Products

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith and are subject to change. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately; however, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and manufacturing variations.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred. In such cases, you will be notified and offered a full refund.
  • Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us via email. We are not liable for any loss resulting from a declined or cancelled order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to addresses within the UAE and internationally, subject to applicable shipping restrictions.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon dispatch from our facility.
  • Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges at the destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at m@millerandreed.com with your order details.
  • Items returned without prior authorisation, or items that do not meet the return conditions, will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • Sale items and personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at m@millerandreed.com with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, and layout — is the intellectual property of Astrelle FZE LLC or its licensors and is protected under applicable UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
